I have only just received this product having to replace a bottle. The previous bottle was 1234 Diet Drops by the same company, so this appears to have been rebranded. Anyway day 2 of the Step 2 program I have lost 4 lbs thus far, 2.5 on day one and 1.5 day 2. So far so good! I have always lost apx 1 lb per day in the past, so I am hoping for the same results.

I finished one bottle and took them as directed, I ate a low calorie diet of 800 cals per day because I couldn’t do 500 as suggested in the manual. The first week I lost 5lbs, the second week I lost 3lbs, I plateau for the last two weeks, I tried the steak method to help reset but it did nothing. I started walking about 3 times a week and was able to loose another 2lbs for a total of 10lbs in a month.I’m not that impressed with the drops because 10lbs is isualky water weight and can be lost with any change in diet. For the amount of sacrifice in eating clean, measuring and weighing my food to count calories and making sure I took the drip at least 15 mins before eating or drinking anything, I don’t think it’s worth the money.I still have the second bottle, I’ll try it again and see how it goes.

I have been using BioSouce Complex on and off for about 4 years. I used to take different HCG drops until they were banned that worked great -22 lbs in 35 days the first time I used them). Complex is an all natural alternative thst I found that is the next best. Nothing else works for me- keto, Keto fast, weight watchers, exercising with low calorie (800 to 1000). Nothing! I lose maybe 3-5 lbs, get foggy and no energy. My metabolism just shuts down. I’ve even tried the diet without the drops and it doesn’t work. But this Complex does work and no side affects after the first couple days. When I hit 150 and nothing works it helps me get 10-15 Lbs off but it takes me about 40-45 days. Not the 21 days the suggest. It is extremely restricting but if followed to a tee and No OILS on the skin I’ve had success. I can usually keep it off for several months but then I don’t do the Steak days like they advise and within a year the weight creeps back on so I go on the drops about once a year. It’s very hard to do phase 2, very simple food, no sauces, can’t get creative at all, forget trying to eat at a restaurant but seeing the scale drop off a couple pounds a week keeps me motivated to stick to it. 4 star is only because phase 2 and 3 requires really zero cheating.

Let me make this crystal clear — this product IS NOT HCG.I did the HCG protocol twice more than a decade ago, so I’m familiar with the original protocol. That being said, although these drops aren’t HCG, they work really well for suppressing my appetite and curbing food cravings. This is key because I developed a binge eating habit some years ago, gained much of the weight back and have had a hard time losing the weight again even though I know exactly what to do. So far, the drops have suppressed that urge to binge eat, which allows me to follow my diet plan. Hopefully that I can put that binge eating habit behind me permanently.On that note, I wouldn’t recommend the 500-calorie per day diet with these drops. I’m not saying that you CAN’T do it, I just don’t recommend it. Based on my years of dieting and what I know about it, I simply use these drops to suppress my appetite and to eat in a deep caloric deficit — around 1200 calories per day. But, I’m in the boxing gym 4 times a week, so I probably burn half of my calories training on those days.So far so good. I plan to use these drops until I reach my goal. I might still use them afterwards occasionally just to suppress my hunger still. Had I known that a product such as this exists for suppressing hunger and cravings, I would have BEEN using this stuff.

I’ve done the HCG protocol several times in my life with different brands of homeopathic drops like these. This time around, my weight loss stalled in the third week and I’ve been very hungry. I don’t know if it’s because the drops lose their effectiveness after opening, or if my body is becoming immune to them. Either way, it’s been very frustrating to eat 500 calories per day and see no losses for 5 whole days. I’m still 7-9 pounds away from my ideal weight, which I’ve never had trouble losing on other brands of drops.

I have tried sooo many low calorie, low carb, or other crazy diets. Everything from the bone broth fast, celery juice diet, 9 eggs a day diet, Weight Watchers, Low Carb.
