So many athletic girlies rave about creatine being able to help build some impressive cakes. Unfortunately, I think age and genetics play more of a part. I use this along with L-Glutamine post-workout to help for about 2 months now. The good news is that it has no taste. You could scoop this in your mouth and chug it down with some water and be totally fine. The bad news is I haven’t seen any roundness in my backdoor region. I will use it up until it’s gone but don’t think I will be reordering.

Forget any Pseudo science telling you creatine doesn’t work, the results are clearly apparent for anyone who takes care of there body, this helps with water retention and makes your day to day life as well as your gains much smoother.

Great stuff, great value, The serving size says one scoop, which is 5g. After using it for a while I got curious and took it to a scale…1 scoop weighs less than 3 grams! So I have been dosing wrong all this time.

First, arrived several days prior to when it was due, so thank you very much for that. It was well packaged and and no tears or leaks from the packaging. The zip lock sealant works well after you get some of the powder out of it, no issues there and a measuring spoon is included which is a nice touch. The creatine powder is a very fine mixture with almost a talc consistency but a hair more grainy. It mixes well in any juice or water I have tried so far and is tasteless as advertised, I am just in the loading phase right now an cannot attest to the long term effects, but being no stranger to creatine I am pretty confident it will work as advertised. Pleased with the simple packaging and seeming quality of the product and I will be ordering more.
