Too expensive!!!!! Cheaper elsewhere..good bread..

I used this bread to make low carb sandwiches and, although expensive, it tastes great and the texture is good too. It’s fresh and soft with decent size slices. Shipping was quick. Being a type 2 diabetic who’s on weight watchers it’s good to have a good tasting zero sugar and zero carb choice. I will definitely be buying more!

For low carb bread the taste and texture is the best I’ve tried but at the price point I won’t be purchasing often. Additionally there is no option to purchase one.

Oros: While not as tasty as “regular” bread, its pretty good if you are committed to eating low carb. Large slices. Its such a joy to be able to each sandwiches and to have toast with my eggs in the morning.Cons: way over priced!

I was diagnosed with diabetes, missed bread so much. Tried all those youtube recipes left bad taste and texture. Decided to try pre-made and am so glad I did. I can have toast every morning, sandwiches. Thank you HERO YOURE MY HERO.

This bread is amazing! I really couldn’t tell that there was much difference between this and regular bread. I would keep this in my house as a staple constantly! I honestly wish they had this available locally- it’s certainly worth keeping around.

I bought the Hero Classic White bread mostly driven by the 0g (or low) net carbs claim. I am not sure how the calculation is done, I suspect the fiber amount might be subtracted from the carb number? However, I am diabetic, and I monitor my sugar levels with a Libre 2 sensor. Given that the sugar profile impact may vary from individual to individual, the impact (on me) of a simple Hero sandwich with diet fruit jelly (0g of sugar, 3g carbs) is unfortunately comparable with other high fiber, low carb/sugar bread types that are ~1/2 of the price. Do not get me wrong. Hero bread is a reasonable product, and a fine tasting bread. I simply have an issue with cost versus net impact on my sugar levels. If it was cheaper, I would consider it on a weekly basis. I might even go the extra mile to pay the cost if it could deliver substantially better impact on my sugar profile. Unfortunately, I can have the same effect with nearly 1/2 the price with handpicked low carb, low sugar, high fiber supermarket brands. One more point. The Hero white bread comes with a sodium amount of 180g per slice. A regular sandwich (2 slices) comes at 360g of sodium with bread alone. Not bad in general terms, but for high blood pressure individuals, moderation is key.

Although the bread + buns don’t have that “Kings Hawaiian” sweet taste, it doesn’t have that undesirable aftertaste when chewing and swallowing other keto type brands. Keep in mind there is a sizeable discount if you select the double order (4 loaves, or 6 pack of buns).

Este pan tiene buen sabor como si fuera pan blanco. Como a mi me gusta el pan en el desayuno lo puedo comer con la seguridad de que no estoy ingiriendo carbohidratos 👍

I have tried many keto breads and couldn’t stand them. This bread is very good, unfortunately who can continue to buy it at such a steep price!!! Other than that it would have received 5 stars
