Open a standard 16.9oz bottle of water, take a sip, then empty one packet into the bottle, shake and consume it immediately3 times daily. What I like about this mix is I drink it every morning before I eat my oatmeal. After I’ll drink water do some work and then go to the gym at noon. I also take pre workout so the two combined is an excellent exercise especially when you hit cardio. You don’t want to stop. I also eat little to no carbs and I drink a lot of smoothies consistent of berries and almonds and walnuts because of the excellent fiber. I’ve toned up and lost over 13lbs in 2 months of hard work.
A.Mmm –
I was skeptical but I’m five days in and feel more energized but not shaky and my normally voracious appetite and sugar cravings have definitely subsided! It’s not a miracle product but if counting calories or doing low carb/sugar/keto this is definitely a great product to help! Only reason I’m not giving five stars is the taste. It’s overly sweet to the point of a puckered face so I have to use about two or three ice cubes in a tall glass or water bottle when I mix with water and I pace myself with it. I have a light snack late morning and start drinking it around noon and eat a regular lunch around one or two in afternoon and keep drinking it up until around three and I’m set for the rest of the day and not overeating or craving junk and eating smaller portions for dinner. That’s just what’s working for me and to ward off late night snacking. Will definitely keep using it until I lose my goal loss which is 15-20 lbs and I will update it I can reach that within a month or two using this product which I believe I can!

I love the lemon flavor, it helps me with energy, I’m a very weak person rn and I suffer from lack of energy and always want to sleep but this makes me have energy decently and I’m able to work out without feeling like ill black out. Iv only lost 3 pounds and I’m not on a diet but I also eat only 2 times a day and not to much and I will snack only sometimes if my blood sugar is low. I think if you aren’t lazy with a scedual and take them everyday you will notice you could atleast loose a few pounds over time. Don’t expect to loose weight if you are just some lady*** who never dose anything but sit on your butt all day Lol.

I just started taking this so I can’t tell you if it works for weight loss. I will update in a few months on that issue. But there are some things that might be helpful to know.First the taste. From reading the reviews some people said they thought it was horrible and I almost didn’t buy it because of that. Well I am so glad I did because I like the taste, a lot! It tastes just like Hawaiian Punch. Its sweet, like candy sweet. I drink kool aid every day so maybe that will help someone understand if you like sweet you will like this. If you have the tastebuds of a 7 year old you will love this :).Second, this does not give the jitters but I can climb a mountain with this stuff! Wow on the energy factor! I only do 1/2 a packet in a bottle of water and I’m good to go. I am sensitive to medicines etc so an average person may need the whole packet. I could not imagine taking this more than once a day as they recommend, I wouldn’t sleep for a week.Third, It has curbed my appetite, which is what I needed because of all the sweet junk food I eat, and also why I needed to find a diet supplement to begin with!Last, it has not caused any gastro issues (the Hydroxycut gummies did).I hope this helps someone who is on the fence about trying it. Again, I just started so can’t vouch for the weight loss but the product itself is worth a try.

Not sure why every time I drink it, it feels like I’m downing a bottle of water with 20 spoons of sugar mixed in it. Technically, it does not have any sugar but the amount of artificial sweetener they’ve put in it is outrageous. If you are a few of those folks, who hate the sugary taste, I would stay away from it. Other than that, it seems to be working for me, I did get a flushed face the first time followed by the feeling of awakeness and loss of appetite. I no longer have craving for junk food, in fact, I’ve started to eat less in the last few days which I think is the road to weight loss. I’ve started walking 5 miles every day and hopefully waiting to see the result in next 8-9 weeks. I am very aware, it definitely is not going to take a day or two to lose weight, the weight that I’ve put on over the course of last several years so just using plain math, I’m trying to burn double the calorie I am intaking everything and keeping this around just in need of electrolyte and some caffeine.

I usually enjoy this product. But this order came in on 6/22 expire date is 6/28. Product expires before product would be able to be used. Disappointing that you are willing to send these out to customers.

So when I did try these, they gave a slight energy boost, but nothing incredibly noticeable. I wouldn’t buy these again, only because I prefer something that will give more obvious results. The flavor was decent for a Berry flavor. The price was reasonably affordable when I bought this.
