So far I’ve only had the spaghetti. They are decent. They do seem to hold sauce pretty good as most the reviews have stated. I had some noodles years ago made from, I believe it was shiitake mushrooms. If you’re a texture person, just know going in, they are a little slippery. That’s honestly the only way I know how to put it. Not really slimy but slippery. I know a lot of the reviews said Kelly texture. As where noodles are more dense and sticky kind of. Anyway I will see if my fam likes, if not, I’ll just eat these for lunch. Only thing is, I’ve not tried the rice but I’m not sure how it will do with the texture. Noodles are decent though. If hubs likes, I will buy again. They are pricey, but price you pay for healthier food in America. Hope this helps

This is a great low carb pasta. It doesn’t make me feel heavy and lethargic after eating it, and so far I haven’t experienced any bloating from it. I ate the spaghetti with the Trader Joe’s cacio e pepe sauce and maybe I had a higher water content than regular pasta or it’s more slippery but I found that it doesn’t hold on to the sauce as well as regular pasta does. Maybe next time I’ll try simmering it in the sauce for longer. Agree with the other reviews that say it’s a bit pricey so I won’t be buying it regularly but am willing to purchase once in a while

If you’re looking for a healthy, low carb, low calorie, vegan, gluten free, fully cooked, and ready to eat Pasta, @itsskinny pasta 🍝 would be a great option to try out.It comes in 6 packages with different versions and sizes. Trying Fettuccine today and I literally spent 2 minute to warm it up, then just added some Rao’s pasta sauce on top and VOILA. Dinner is served! The taste of this pasta is 7/10 but convenient & healthy factors are 10/10. Plus, I notice that it holds the sauce very well after mixing. Not bad for a healthy substitute pasta!

This skinny pasta was an interesting purchase 😀. They are pre-cooked, ready-to-eat, low calorie and gluten-free noodle/rice that are made with konjac jelly. So far, I have tried the rice version and the spaghetti noodles. To my surprise, they didn’t have much of a taste to them. The noodles/rice absorbed the flavors of the soups that I ate them with 🤔. Also, another good thing about using these konjac jelly pasta is that they dont turn soggy if you leave it in soup for too long! I feel like this is the perfect substitute for carbs in a meal if you want to cut some calorie, but still eat the noodles soup, pasta or rice dishes. Since it’s precooked, you just drain the pasta and throw it into your dish for 2-3mins and it good to go. Very convenient 👍.Other than that, they remind of these konjac jelly knots that I usually eat during hotpot, but these are in the forms of noodles and rice (the noodles but cut into smaller strains). Not bad. 👌

I received this product to try. I have made it with two separate dishes. I used the fettuccine style noodle in an Alfredo dish, and I used the spaghetti and rice style with an Asian dish. The noodles are a great time saver as they only need warmed and you really just have to put your hot sauce over them and that’s enough. The texture is firm enough and does not get mushy with heating. While we did not mind the noodles with the Alfredo sauce, we much preferred them with the Asian dish as they remind us more of rice noodles. I would still like to try them with spaghetti sauce. If you are looking for a low carb pasta I would definitely give this a try. The ingredients are simple which I liked also. It is affordable. While it costs more than traditional pasta, I would pay the higher price for the convenience factor. A great pantry staple for a couple since there are two servings per package.

Pleasantly surprised by this product! I wasn’t sure what to expect but these are great if you’re looking for something low cal and something that doesn’t leave you feeling heavy after pasta. I ate a whole pack which is 2 servings (9 cals a bag). The only thing off is the texture-just has more of a bite and isn’t squishy like pasta. Will be eating these more!!

This is probably the best pasta substitute I’ve tried. I ordered the sampler pack. I ate the spaghetti first and it was very good. I simmered it in marinara for about 10 minutes first. Really good! Stomach was slightly bloated later in the day but nothing horrible. Tonight I made homemade Alfredo sauce and simmered the linguine in that for a few minutes. The texture is a little more rubbery than the spaghetti was but it was still very good. I could see someone who has texture issues not liking that. But overall a good substitute for pasta for those of us who can’t eat real pasta. It’s a little pricey so I won’t use it very often but will definitely order again when I run out.

If you think pasta dishes are already quick, skinny pasta takes it up a notch and makes it even more convenient with their pre-cooked pasta variety. This pack came with 2 sets each of spaghetti, fettucine, and rice grains. It is important to note that this is konjac based so the pasta was jelly-like in texture and it felt weird at first but it is no different in taste. It does tend to absorb more water so it’s best to drain it out before putting in your pasta sauce. Otherwise, you’ll have to season your whole pasta more. For this recipe I used the fettucine pasta, Costco’s Kirkland basil pesto and added in some grape tomatoes and cilantro lime shrimp. Sprinkle in more cheese and salt and pepper to your liking.

I love this product. Being pre diabetic I’m watching my A1C like a hawk and it’s so hard to find a decent pasta substitute. This is absolutely the best I’ve had. The texture is the closest that I’ve tasted compared with real pasta. My only problem is that I wish they made a lasagna noodle because I crave lasagna lately. Yes it’s a bit expensive but honestly it’s so worth it especially when you are looking for that spaghetti texture and taste. My 84 year old dad didn’t even notice the difference. So I’m definitely going to keep ordering and I put it on my list of favorites. You will not regret buying this item.

Giving it 3 stars because the taste wasn’t bad. Took away 2 stars for a the toilet trauma I just experienced. Ok so the first one I tried was the fettuccine. It was ok. The pasta sauce I used was kind of bland so the experience was meh. Last night I decided to be more inventive and tried the spaghetti with some delicious sauce I made. I made sure to rinse it really well and I stir fried it first before mixing it with the sauce. Came out pretty great. To the point that the texture wasn’t that noticeable at all. But now fast forward to this morning. I had woken up and drank my morning ketones. My stomach started hurting and I found it weird as my ketones drink don’t make my stomach hurt at all. So I run to the bathroom and unload. Omg what happened next to was the stuff of nightmares. I see what looks like a worms (forgetting about the spaghetti last night) and thinking I’m here releasing parasites. And then it hit me. Omg the noodles. But that hasn’t happened with the fettuccine style ones. So whatever I figured whatever it’s made of is not digestible. Then about 45 min later after drinking like 32 oz of water I run to the bathroom and I kid you not the rest of the package came out. All intact. Exactly how it comes when you first open it. Then it turned into nonstop diarrea. So needless to say, if you have a sensitive stomach, just stay away. Other than that it’s not a bad pasta substitute if you season well. Hope this review was helpful.
