They always say things like “you have up to 15 pounds of indigested fat in your digestive tract” and this is supposed to flush it and help you lose weight. But I did not lose a single pound from this product. I did, early on, have the most dark green and foul smelling bowel movements. It looked like Swamp Thing left a floater in my toilet. But that was basically all in the first 3-4 days. Since then, kind of business as usual. I would not purchase again.

bought this to help with constipation while on keto diet. While it has helped, this has not made me as regular as I used to be before keto. I am hopeful that as I continue to take this that I get more regular and less constipated. I do feel less bloated than when I first started so maybe I am getting some good results. I have only been on this for about a week.

I have been taking these for just over one week. I honestly don’t feel any difference except that I get horrible gas pains every night and I feel even more bloated than usual. It has not helped me eliminate waste any more effectively in fact, I think I eliminate even less now than before I started taking these. Some of the claims people make about not feeling a change in energy or appetite suppression do not apply to this product. I think they believe they were taking something else. This product is meant to help detox your body and help manage weight with proper diet and exercise. It is not a source for energy and/or appetite suppression.

Product came on time and as described. Pill is easy to swallow and does not really have any flavor. First several days didn’t feel any different but I think maybe it takes a couple days to take effect. After that sometimes I would feel a bit queasy and headache, which can sometimes happen on a keto diet – it’s what they call the “keto flu” make sure to still eat healthy and drink lots of water to flush everything out

These pills work wonders. I started taking them when I wanted to lose a few pounds. I’m not heavy by no means (125 lbs) but when I felt that I wanted to lose a few pounds, I needed something to rev up my weight loss engines. These pills gave me energy and made me feel like I didn’t want to eat. I followed a sensible eating plan (cut out carbs and sugar) and the weight started to drop within a matter of 2 days. Now I feel great, my clothes are practically falling off of me and I have lots of confidence. My kids cant believe how great I look. And I don’t know if its the pills or just the attitude, but my skin looks radiant as well.
