easy to swallow and I feel full quite a long time. first day i took 3 and got an upset tummy. So next day I backed it down to 1 all day. looks like max dose is 6 all day. I’m on week 2 and am taking 2 in the morning. Next week I will take 1 before each meal and see how that goes.

I tried taking just one, didn’t help with my frequent urge to eat. 2 did the trick, I took them in the morning and it takes few hours to work and, in the evenings, I was able to skip my dinner.

I think the original company marketing these went out of business because the bottle is different & I Don’t believe these are as strong as the old formula which I Dont remember being so blue & glossy.. I Don’t expect much of them from weight loss, but they help me sleep and I DO feel like something (maybe some fat burning?) is going on when I took them. They’ve never been the main thrust of my sleep program, but I’ve always been a bit of an insomniac, so any help I get with that is awesome & does help me lose weight. If they work for you, great! If they Don’t, I Don’t think they can hurt you. Just finish the bottle & call it a $30 seminar. They’ve always charged too much for these things.

I have to admit it does keep me from eating when I take it . When take in the morning I don’t eat until dinner time Im still not really hungry. One set back I have that it does constipate me.

This is my 4th day and it is pretty good so far. Can make decisions better because I’m not so hungry. Feels like I’m losing and not bloated at all. That was my problem but it’s really gone down. I feel lighter too! Does not give you energy because is not that type of diet pill feels safe and no side effects other than nausea when I don’t eat anything after the 30 min in between period. Also in the mornings I just take one instead of two to lighten the nausea. It helps me hope it helps you too!
