Brown Rice and Millet, both good food! Very nice, however, if you use the flavoring packet, it was weak (to me it was), while you do not have to use the flavoring packets. The versatility is endless! It is fast cooking (takes about 4 minutes) if you use microwave or over the stove.

My very picky 10 year old loves the consistency of these noodles! He has celiacs so this gives him a good gluten free noodle option. He does prefer it with chicken bullion over the provided seasoning.

This ramen is vegan and allergen free! It’s got a great flavor and texture. I prefer to buy it in bulk on here instead of the grocery store. It’s cheaper too!

I love these noodles as a healthy high fiber gluten free alternative to ramen! They get soggy in water quickly but I love making them for dry ramen recipes. If you cook them 5 mins and do a dry recipe they have great al dente texture. My only issue is I got 2 bad batches in a row, and they’re kind of pricey so I’m not sure how to get the good stuff again. When I cook it the water gets super foggy from loose starch and the noodles clump together so that when it’s finished cooking there’s always 10ish rock hard uncooked chunks. I thought I cooked it weird but it’s been 4 times now and the same thing happens. Amazon gave me a replacement and it’s the exact same issue. I went through several boxes before and loved these so I want to try again sometime, I just don’t know what happened to them.

This is a soup that can be used for hand to hand combat if needed. The noodles are of a heavier texture than most instant ramen and the broth is an opaque deep rust color with a thick consistency and strong salty taste. It’s not bad, it’s different. So if you are expecting the clear light broth that you would get in a Japanese restaurant, this isn’t it, but it definitely is rewarding and more filling.

I love chichi but I’m gluten free. I make my gluten free chichi with this brand and I love it. Kids don’t care for this brand.

This was given to me by a friend the first time an still 3 years later this most recent purchase does not disappoint. No artificial flavor’s, no artificial color’s no MSG, no MSM, packs a very strong broth.I could eat this everyday, much better than ramen noodles, as the ingredients are non GMO organic.Very easy to make, (1 ) : cut packet an put the noodles an the broth powder in a bowl, boil some filtered water an pour into the bowl, cover with plate, let stand for 4 minutes. ( 2 ) Boil water an add the noodles an the broth powder packet, cover wait 4 minutes enjoy ( 3 ) put in a medium sized bowl, ( Ramen noodle cooker works as well for all those college kids ) place the noodles in the bowl, pour water in until the noodles are covered, place in the microwave for 4 minutes, remove with hot pads, cut the broth powder packet, add an stir in, enjoy. ( FYI ) for those of you wondering there is Nori or organic seaweed ( yes you can eat seaweed ) in the product just little strips, it’s 100% edible & found in sushi.Pack of 10 lasts quite a while, if i could get this in bulk for the same price I’d buy it.
