I use this daily as I find it helps to curb my appetite, thus helping me to lose weight. It’s only been a couple weeks and I’ve lost two pounds, so I’m happy with it. The pills are large, so I take them with yogurt which makes them easier to swallow. Good value for the money.

This keeps me from being starving during my 12 hour overnight job. I feel like I can have a normal snack and meal successfully count calories with the help of this supplement. This particular brand is a normal larger tablet that looks like a multivitamin instead of a huge gelcap, so it doesn’t punch you in the gut. It maybe isn’t super strong, but I personally am benefitting.

Honestly, I assumed that this wouldn’t do anything for weight loss, because if it did, why wouldn’t everyone be taking it? I have taken as directed for the last 5 weeks and absolutely zero changes. As such, I will not be repurchasing

I didn’t experience any negative effects. There were times when I thought I felt an increased sense of well-being after taking one. It contains a nice bit of calcium. I don’t really buy the weight loss angle; I did try taking it as instructed for a while with that intention. Drinking water and waiting 30-60 minutes before eating seems like a good way to keep your body from confusing dehydration with hunger in general. I might purchase it again.

I chose this product because it had the highest amount of Garcinia for any supplement in the same price range. I also love Now Food products. I know when I receive their product, it is going to be fresh and high quality. I took this for weight loss and had good results. I do believe my appetite was reduced and my energy levels were certainly up. I had no negative side effects. Unlike prescription medicine for weight loss, I had no anxiety, dizziness, nausea, or any other problems. I always find that a natural supplement is far safer and healthier than a taking a prescription drug. I lost about 4 lbs while taking this bottle.
