Would have been much better and would order again if it didn’t have soy. We’re trying to stay away from soy as it causes inflammation.

I like them because they aren’t sweet like others. Tasty Low carb bars are tough to find

It is a dry bar reminds me as soft nature valley bar. Not giving me food satisfaction like other keto bars and with 220 calories will go back to others

Used to have a Kind bar for lunch & then found these. Excellent taste – bigger bar – way less sugars & carbs & twice the protein. WinWin

First of all, thank you Ratio for finally giving us granola bars and yogurt that we can have on keto! These are delicious! I have a very hard time finding these in stores, so I was really happy to find them here and at a great price. I was paying like $14 for a box of 4 at our local supermarket because they are the only ones that carry them for like 100 dang miles. Anyway, yes they are hard, no they are not super sweet. Why? Because it’s not loaded with sugar and syrups and whatever else they shove into the “regular” ones. These are loaded with real, healthy nuts that are…wait for it…actually nutritious! Anyone who is in full keto mode knows that once your body has detoxed itself from the constant stream of sugar it was used to dealing with, your tastebuds no longer enjoy the sugar assault that they normally get from just about every product on the supermarket shelves today. Ratio has done it right with these bars. It tastes fantastic, and there is just enough sweetness to make it feel like a treat without that horrible blood sugar spike. Personally, I like it really crunchy because that is what I expect a bunch of nuts to be. But that’s just me. BTW, these go great with the vanilla, coconut or even strawberry Ratio yogurt. I take one of these and a Ratio yogurt to work with me a lot for lunch, and it definitely leaves me feeling full without making me want to take a nap after. And that’s a total of 4g net carbs, 32g fat, 27g protein and 420 calories all together. You can’t beat that. So yeah, I think these are great. One more thing, I’m pretty impressed with the size of these bars as well. They are bigger than, for example, a Nature Valley granola bar, so there’s another win for these guys! Keep ‘em coming Ratio, these are a staple in my house!

I’ve been keto for over 6yrs now and seen a huge variety of products come on the market in recent years with a huge variety of price tags, many of them not justified by the ingredients or niche market. These :ratio bars are no exception at all. With an ever-growing list of competitors popping up that match both ingredients and quality, all brands like :ratio have going for them at this point is mass production and priority stocking on grocery shelves. These bars are DRY, crumbly, and leave a mess everywhere. Their flavor isn’t bad at all, but you’re going to want a beverage handy to help wash down all those dry ingredients. These are little better than packing your own handful of trail mix, and barely stick together after 20min in your pocket.
