Keto is a low carb, high fat diet that works for most people. So, I take two of these capsules every morning as well as two apple cider vinegar pills. You can not cheat on a keto diet (take too many carbs) because you will slip out of ketosis and your body will revert to burning recently stored carbs and not your stored fat. It usually takes me 3 days of a strict protein diet to get back into ketosis.
