   Suddenly this is “Double Strength”

   Also there is no Satisfaction Guarantee on the bottle, the gelatin is no longer kosher, the vegetable glycerin is no longer rated as Non-GMO and that just clotheslined the trust I had in this product.I liked it before, worked for me, had great results. I’m unable to vouch for it after they changed the bottle and ingredients.Also I tried to return it and was unable to.So. I’ll be looking elsewhere.If these things don’t concern you, then by all means. As I said, I had good results. The change from one to another is disappointing.Once I get the ability to produce a clear image I’ll try and remember to update the review.

   Been taking for 2 years. Never been better.

   I’ve been using this supplement for about 2 years now. I suffered from general anxiety, and at times, the anxiety would be disabling and wouldn’t allow me to function at full capacity.I was prescribed Xanax and Prozac, but wanted to get off them quickly (especially the Xanax because I was starting to become addicted/physically dependent).This product has actually worked wonders. I sleep better, wake up feeling clear-headed and balanced, and can cruise through the day without any anxiety or crashes. It also has helped my focus and overall cognitive function throughout the day.This is NOT a placebo effect either. I’m sure of this because I went cold turkey on the Xanax, bracing myself for severe rebound anxiety (as I’ve been through that before), but that never even happened. I’m not a MD or medical professional, so DONT do what I did by going cold turkey on prescriptions. It just worked for me, luckily.Lastly, Some reviews mentioned a concern about building up a tolerance if this is taken daily. For me, I haven’t built an immunity or tolerance (again, after 2 years of taking it). You can read about l-theanine online and it’s stated in many arrivals that you don’t build a tolerance or dependence.Sure, the effects of this product are not as prominent/noticeable as the first week of taking them, but I just think it’s because this has become my new normal over the past few years (waking up rested, less stressed, no more social anxiety, etc.), and isn’t that the goal??Also, taking it in the morning with coffee is incredible. It increases focus and cuts out the jitters.Highly recommend. Totally worth it.Lastly: read more of the reviews here. It sounds like some folks get bad headaches from this product. Fortunately, I’m not one of them and have only had positive experiences.

   Superior formulation of L-theanine

   Easy to swallow.Gentle, yet effective calming amino acid formulation. Helps achieve a restful state and a good nights sleep, with no morning side effects. Can also be used during the day for calming effect.Worth the higher price, in my opinion.Best formulation of all that I have tried.

   Incredible

   Admittedly, I’ve only been taking these for a few days. However, in those few days, I have noticed drastic changes. I’m less irritable, more awake without the desperate need of coffee every morning, and most importantly, I’m getting better sleep. I have sleep apnea and can’t stand a cpap machine, so I normally wake up exhausted. I noticed an immediate change upon starting on this. Highly recommend.

   Finally caved…

   My husband started taking this, along with Magnesium and Apigenin, based on a podcast he had listened to for a natural way to support sleep. He is very set on using only quality products and had been directed to this brand. I originally resisted the idea as I take medication for anxiety and while I embrace holistic measures, I also don’t feel they compare to actual RX. HOWEVER, after a long period of sleep struggle a few weeks ago, I caved and tried his concoction. Amazing! I was shocked at how it quieted the thoughts in my head as I laid down…listening to him snore. 😛 I have since purchased pill cases to give my young adult children the mix before bed because I believe it is helping so much. Highly recommend!!

    Been taking now 11 months! Life changing!

    I’m 48 and been going through Para menopause for a few years now. So far this has helped my anxiety, energy, metabolism, restless legs, sleep. I’m hoping to see my memory improve. Since my hormones have been out of whack my concentration and memory have not been as sharp. Reminds me of when I was pregnant in my 20’s and the hormones messed with my brain. I was in a constant brain fog. I’ll update this review after taking these supplements.Update: I’ve been taking L-Theanine for awhile now since June 2017! I really like this product from this company. I feel I have benefited in many ways. I am more focused. My mood has been stabilized. I have a feeling of wellbeing that was not there previously. I used to feel like my hormones were always fluctuating and I was often short and moody or weepy. I now just feel content and happy. I have always suffered anxiety and I feel less anxious. I sleep really well and wake up alert and energized and ready to start my day. I also went through a spell of feeling uninspired during the last 2 years. I didn’t have the creativity and energy to do much of the things I used to find a lot of joy in. But that has changed too. I also have included magnesium zinc and copper to my mineral intake. I feel like my body and mind are working better than ever because it’s getting the minerals I didn’t know it was missing. I just feel 20 years younger as far as energy and overall wellbeing…. Just feeling content.I really like this brand too. I did try a cheaper variety and I didn’t like it. I took maybe 1/3 of the bottle and decided I liked this brand much better. I have stayed loyal ever since. Worth every penny. Great company!Update just recieved another order. I am still loving this product. It has really done wonders and helps me sleep and has improved my mood.
