I’ve tried a number of different MCT brands, and this one with the 3 different acid types works the best. Basically if you do a really deep dive into MCT oil you find most people recommend brands that only have the Capric and Caprylic acids, as the Lauric acid, while technically also a MCT, takes much longer to digest and turn into energy, and it’s potentially less efficient. The Lauric acid, which this product has, is generally considered a filler. For whatever reason I’ve tried all the brands that are “supposed” to work better, and got almost nothing out of them, while this brand with all 3 acids makes me feel way better than I expected. If I take enough of it, a few hours later I often feel a genuine and deep feeling of wellbeing, as well as more energy.My only advice is not to take it all at once, if I just down a huge shot it gives me digestive issues, if I break that same shot up, even if it’s just over an hour or two I just feel great. I also take a bit more than the recommended dosage, so find what works for you.

I’ve tried a half-dozen types of MCT oil over the years, and this one seems as good as any. Not sure what would differentiate them anyway, since the whole point is they are virtually tasteless. I put it in my tea and coffee in the mornings. Approx a tablespoon per cup. This particular squeeze bottle works better than others I’ve had. Easy to disburse small amounts. I assume the stuff is pure and all that, but I am not a chemist. Seems fine to me, and I use it as others do in the bulletproof recipe vein.

I use this oil in shakes and blends with the intention of getting good fat in my body. I used it just a bit and it has no taste. Sometimes I use this product to help with the make removal too. Just a little bit cleans lots of make-up. The only issue is that the lid was quite weak and broken, thus the 4 stars. I could not return it so, I had to add some foil to protect the content. Besides that, this product is very reliable.

We like this MCT oil. We use it everyday in coffee for hubby and hot tea for me.It’s excellent quality. No aftertaste, smooth and cannot tell it’s in our morning beverage except that you can see it.

I’ve started a fasting regime and this will take the edge off when you get a hunger pang. There’s no taste – I just put some in a spoon and down it I don’t do the whole keto coffee mix it in routine. I think it was a reasonable price and I’m happy with the purchase.

After reading the reviews, including those mentioning the no-mess cap I knew I had to order this product. I previously used a different brand that always left a trail of dripped oil down the sides of the bottle and my countertop. This product is great! I love the quality of the oil and the squeeze cap is the bomb! I had an issue with delivery that caused me to contact their customer service and they were more than accommodating. The product and the company are top-notch and they have earned a return customer!

Usr this product for traveling when liquid could make a mess or only doing carry on. A bit hard to disolve and tends to clump, hence 4 of 5 stars. Not sure about quality as the benfits are not well determined for me as a person. I assume the powder is essentially the same as the liquid, hence the benefits are the same.
