Much better flavor and spice then any of the jars out there

So I’ve bought this twice I believe and I don’t follow the directions I do things my way and it turns out delicious . So I cube my chicken and grill it until cooked , add diced onion small, and then the tika spice until the whole chicken is covered in it , then I add one small can of tomato sauce and make sure the spice is disolved mixed in with the spice . I then add the broccoli with most stem chopped off , I let it steam up a bit for 2-3 mins then I add heavy whipping cream , I make it watery so the broccoli can cook well and it ends up being a thick nice curry at the end . Pair up with some pita bread and white rice and a cold drink . Yum! Def worth it . My mom loves Indian food and she thought I did awesome with this .

Have ordered twice. Product very easy to use & tastes great. I use it on many things: beans, potatoes, rice, vegetable….

My mother-in-law introduced us to this product and it’s very easy to make! We eat a plant-based diet and this is a very easy and quick vegan meal on nights you don’t have a lot of time for cooking dinner. Instead of chicken, we’ve tried this with soy curls, tofu, and chickpeas. While my favorite plant protein was tofu, my husband liked it better with chickpeas. We also added potatoes, cauliflower, and green beans and it worked really well.

Really simple prep. I add several hot peppers and slow cook or about 3h. relatively low carb if served with riced cauliflower.

We used to be able to get these vindaloo packets at grocery stores but have not been able to find them lately. Found them on amazon. Definitely follow the directions on the package. I think people complaining about the sauce being too thin might not be following the directions. I used 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup of heavy cream, added when I was supposed to according to the directions. I ended up with a nice thick sauce. Was great and even better the 2nd day. When it was almost done I threw in a bag of rinsed shiritaki noodles for minimal carbs. So flipping good!

I used to think the Sukhi’s korma was top-notch, but I’ve found that my favorite is the vindaloo because it lacks the sweetness and offers a better punch of flavor for just about anything, whether it be meat or a vegetarian curry. I appreciate that about ALL of the Sukhi’s sauces and spice blends I’ve purchased: they don’t scrimp on flavor. It doesn’t have the authentic heat of a mouth-on-fire vindaloo, but the balance of spices is perfection. I typically use 2 sauce packets for about a pound-and-a-half of meat mixed with 1-2 pounds of vegetables, usually potatoes and peas but certainly not limited to those. This is a good, strong paste and can be made either thick or more diluted depending on one’s taste. I’ve been cooking Indian food for about a decade now, usually from scratch, but, when I find Sukhi’s on sale, I HOARD these little convenient packets for a quick and tasty meal. And as I’ve said in reviews for other Sukhi’s products, I wouldn’t be embarrassed to use this and serve the dish to my Malayalee in-laws (and hide the evidence, of course!) : )

I compared this to the Saffron Road Simmer Tikka Masala Sauce and this taste’s better overall due to more spiciness and flavor overall. The only thing that the Saffron Road Simmer Tikka Masala has over this Sukhi one is the fact that it creates a thicker sauce. This Sukhi tikka msala mix creates more of a watery sauce which is not how Tikka Masala should be. Having said that, Sukhi’s is still enjoyable. For the better cooks out there, you can definitely improvise to make the sauce thicker and basically use Sukhi’s Sauce as a base for a more flavorful and fulfilling Tikka Masala sauce. I have even left the finished product in the fridge for a couple of days and that ends up making the chicken more flavorful!EDIT: Ok I gave in… after I wrote this review.. I HAD TO GO TRY and come up something more wholesome! Check my picture and you’ll see I made something awesome!

I took a chance buying this marinade and have not regretted it for a minute. It produces yummy tandoori chicken. I grilled mine the first time I used it, and it was great! This time I may bake it in the oven, although mine is not a tandoori oven. I expect it to be just as good. I will definitely buy it again.
