This gluten free pasta is one of the best but it does break up very easily. Love the extra protein it provides.

I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never consciously eaten Gluten Free anything before. I had gotten the highest rated Gluten Free Pasta to make a pasta salad for my friend’s party. She cannot eat wheat products of any kind. Well, she loved my Pasta Dill salad even though the GF elbow macaroni fell apart while cooking. I had cooked it a minute too long. So follow directions exactly! I didn’t want to use it, but It was all I had. I made up the salad as I always had and the flavor was there. No one cared that it the pasta wasn’t al dente, as recommended. It was gone in a flash and lots of smiles and compliments. So, if you want al dente pasta, remove it from the heat exactly as directed on package. If not, just enjoy the flavor.

Needed extra protein in diet due to recent diagnosis of Kennedys Disease muscles wasting away.Great with pesto or saucesDoes have a slight taste of peas but with broccoli and sauce it is great. Texture is same as other pastas …… in my opinion.

This brand was rated by a GF consumer agency as the best GF pasta. It is made of yellow peas. I was skeptical but I paid the exorbitant price to try the brand out. I was not pleased with the product. It has an al dente texture but the pieces tend to crumble after cooking. Tinkyada is still my favorite GF brand.pasta.

We tried this pasta after seeing a cooking segment on GMA3. My daughter has gluten allergies so finding a good substitute for her is important. We find so many of the GF pastas lacking, and they tend to disintegrate quickly. This pasta not only holds it shape but also tastes great. The added protein is a huge bonus as we find we don’t over indulge in the pasta. This is our new go to pasta.
