Key fact of Cholula

How about Cholula? First of all, the price is a little higher $2.49 . and ingredients are simple, but they added garlic spics. They also have similar variety with Tabasco, but the emphasis they are more like “Authentic Mexican style.”  They have green pepper, Chipotle, Chili garlic, and chili lime. I think the Scoville rate is reasonable, as in 3600.

So, What is the conclusion? Which Hot sauce is better compare with Tabasco vs. Cholula ? for me, it depends. I think Tabasco is well-matched with American and Italian style foods such as past, rips, slow-cooked dishes, and Cholula is more fit for salads and Latin American cuisine such as Tacos, Burritos. The similarity of these two hot sauce is non- Sweet Hot sauce. That’s why it feels fresher for, and it’s well-matched with oily foods like pork belly.

But two choices are much better than one choice . We have choices about it, and both of them are adorable kicks to me.
