  • 120g (4.2oz / ¾ cup) kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 200g (7oz / 1â…“ cups) canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 150g (5.3oz / 1 large) avocado, sliced
  • 100g (3.5oz / ¾ cup) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 60ml (2fl oz / ¼ cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 30ml (1fl oz / 2 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
  • 15g (0.5oz / ¼ cup) fresh parsley, chopped
  • 10g (0.35oz / 2 tbsp) fresh oregano, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5g (1 tsp) smoked paprika
  • 2.5g (½ tsp) ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
